Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the Cedar City Council at its meeting of December 3, 2025, passed the following ordinance: 1. Ordinance No. 1003-25 - An Ordinance modifying Cedar City Ordinance 26-IV-9, removing the requirement of fencing around private pools when using compliant locking pool covers. Said Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice Website. A Copy of said ordinance may be seen and/or purchased at the office of the Cedar City Recorder, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah.
