SUMMARY OF ADOPTION
OF MONROE CITY ORDINANCE 12 01 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 9, 2025, the Mayor and City Council of Monroe adopted Ordinance 12 01 2025, an Ordinance enacting a local sales and use tax in amount of one -tenth of one percent to assist in funding items such as Monroe City Parks, facilities, and programs.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon posting of this summary at Monroe City Office, www.pmn.utah.gov and www.monroeut.gov(city website) this 11th day of December 2025.
