- Public Notice is given that the Richmond City Council will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah, on Thursday, December 18, 2025. The meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. Welcome and Opening Ceremonies by Amber Ervin. 1. Approval of the city council meeting minutes from November 18, 2025. 2. Recognition of Youth Council Members 3. Public Hearing for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2025-15, an Ordinance amending the Richmond City Municipal Code Title 3-000 'Municipal Government', Part 3-700 'Fire Department and Emergency Services', adding in its entirety Part 3-714 'International Wildland-Urban Interface Code (WUIC)'. 4. Discussion and possible vote on Ordinance 2025-15. 5. Public Hearing for the purpose of discussing Resolution 2025-06, a Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget which is the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. 6. Discussion and possible vote on Resolution 2025-06. 7. Staff reports and monthly financial review. 8. Council Member and Mayor Reports 9. Closing thoughts and remarks from Mayor Erickson & Amber Ervin. Adjourn
