- NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Salt Lake Valley Solid Waste Management Council will hold its monthly meetings on the 4th Wednesday of each month. Meetings will be held at 2:00 pm via Webex, unless further notice. Any changes to this schedule or a change in meeting location will be posted on the Utah Public Notice Website. Public notices and agendas are posted before each meeting on the Utah Public Notice Website.
