NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH Public notice is hereby given that the meeting schedule for the Municipal Building Authority for the year 2026 shall be as follows: Regular meetings of the Municipal Building Authority of West Valley City, Salt Lake County, Utah, are usually scheduled quarterly (unless otherwise specified) on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m., provided there is business to attend to, in the Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah. All meetings of the Municipal Building Authority are open to the public unless closed pursuant to the applicable provisions of Utah's Open and Public Meetings Act. A written agenda of each open meeting will be posted in the lobby of City Hall, on the City's website www.wvc.ut-gov and on the State Public Meeting Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov no later than 24 hours before each meeting. Scheduled meeting dates for the Municipal Building Authority are as follows: January 13, 2026 Annual Meeting April 14, 2026 Regular Meeting May 12, 2026 Regular Meeting June 9, 2026 Regular Meeting October 13, 2026 Regular Meeting Dated this 14th day of December, 2025 Nichole Camac, MMC City Recorder
