Cleveland Town Council Meeting December 11, 2025 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Opening Flag Ceremony Minutes: Approve November Council Minutes Public Comment: This section is Limited to 10 minutes TOTAL. This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions, or issues that are not on the agenda. Each Person Is Limited To 3 Minutes! *PLEASE STATE YOUR NAME AND PLACE OF RESIDENCE. *PLEASE LIMIT YOUR COMMENTS TO THREE MINUTES. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Action Agenda: 1. Public Hearing for water utility rate increases. 2. Discuss/Approve/Deny Resolution to increase water utility rates. 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny audit of Cleveland Town by Smuin, Rich, and Marsing. 4. Discuss/Approve/Deny changing cemetery policy for vaults. 5. Discuss/Approve/Deny rent amount for Old Town Hall for exercise classes. 6. Discuss/Approve/Deny 2026 proposed meeting schedule. 7. Discuss/Approve/Deny planning for Town Christmas Party. 8. Discuss/Approve/ Deny letters for non-compliance and updates with ongoing compliance issues. 9. Discuss/Approve/Deny bills and city financials for payment. 10. Council Reports. 11. Adjourn Meeting. If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken. The next regular Council Meeting will be held on January 8, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
