Notice of certification was received by the Fillmore City Council on August 28, 2025. No written protests were received by January 8, 2026. Fillmore City will hold a public hearing on January 20, 2026 at 6:35 p.m., at the Fillmore City Office located at 75 West Center, Fillmore, UT 84631 to consider approving the petition and annexing the area described in the petition.
