- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on December 9, 2025, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 25-38: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN TO SHOW A CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM LARGE LOT RESIDENTIAL (2 TO 3 UNITS/ACRE) TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (3 TO 4 UNITS/ACRE) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3801 SOUTH 6400 WEST ON 2.38 ACRES. The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
