REQUEST FOR BIDS 00 11 13 Page 1 of 1 DOCUMENT 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR CITY HALL ENTRY REMODEL Sealed Bids for the construction of the City Hall Entry Remodel will be received by Fruit Heights City, at the office of the City Engineer, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, UT, until 2:00 pm local time on December 18, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of demo and remove existing City Hall entrance way and concrete flatwork up to the existing building and construct a new ADA ramp with brick vestibule and storefront doors enclosure. and is generally located at 910 South Mountain Road, Fruit Heights. The project has an Engineer's Estimate of $313,295.00. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Seth Stanton, seths@jonescivil.com no later than 5:00 pm on December 12, 2025. Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased online at www.jonescivil.com. Following registration and payment of $20.00, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office's website as portable document format (PDF) files. Upon request, a printed copy of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office for $40 per copy. Costs related to obtaining Bidding Documents are non-refundable. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
