- Planning and Zoning Committee Vacancies Orangeville City is accepting applications to fill three (3) vacancies on the Planning and Zoning Committee. Each position carries a three-year term. The Planning and Zoning Committee is responsible for reviewing land use applications, conditional use permits, zoning changes, assisting the City Council in managing growth, development within the City. The Committee is also responsible for helping to maintain balance between growth, economic development, and preservation of community values. Eligibility: Applicants must be residents of Orangeville City and be willing to attend regular meetings and trainings as required.
