- Woodland Hills City Planning Commission December 10, 2025 Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, December 10th, beginning at 7:00 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, or virtually via a Zoom link. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs.) Please check the Woodland Hills City Website at www.woodlandhills-ut.gov for the link to participate and/or view the meeting. Agenda 1. Call to Order- Chairman Wayne Frandsen 2. Invocation- By Invitation 3. Pledge- By Invitation 4. Public Comment Business and Discussion 5. Approval of October 15th, 2025, Planning Commission Meeting Minutes 6. Discussion of a Change in Zoning for property owned by Earl and Carol Underwood located at 350 South Woodland Hills Drive. The property is currently zoned R1-1, and the request is to rezone it to R1-19. 7. Discussion of Mailboxes at the Roundabout 8. Discussion of Lighting Ordinance 9. General Plan Discussion 10. Adoption of a meeting schedule for 2026.
