NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE OF UTAH TELECOMMUNICATION OPEN INFRASTRUCTURE AGENCY (UTOPIA) Board Meetings for 2026 All meetings of UTOPIA are open to the public unless closed pursuant to the applicable provisions of Utah's Open and Public Meetings Act. A written agenda of each open meeting will be posted no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting in the following places: - The reception area of the UTOPIA Offices at 5858 South 900 East, Murray, 84121, - The UTOPIA website, - The Public Notice Website; and - A copy of the agenda shall be provided to each member city to be posted in a conspicuous place within each jurisdiction. Meetings in addition to those specific herein will be held as circumstances require. Appropriate notice will be given for such meetings. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that commencing January 1, 2026, the meeting schedule for the Utah Telecommunication Open Infrastructure Agency (UTOPIA) for the year 2026 shall be as follows: Meetings are scheduled bi-monthly on the second Monday (unless otherwise listed as an exception), at 10:00 AM at the UTOPIA Offices at 5858 South 900 East, Murray. Date February 9, 2026 April 13, 2026 June 8, 2026 August 10, 2026 October 5, 2026 (Exception) December 14, 2026
