Town Council Regular Meeting Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 7:00 pm Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Genola will hold a public meeting in the public safety building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The Council meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Council meeting will be as follows: Call to Order Opening Prayer Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes for November 19, 2025 Attachments: 11-19-25 TC Minutes Approval of Expenditures Total Expenditures: $ 24,075.17 Peace of Mind Law: $ 5,025.00 Bankcard Center: $ 3,641.05 Pelorus Methods: $1,050.00 Rocky Mountain Power: $ 3,209.97 Santaquin City: $ 18,225.20 Staheli & Associates: $ 2,640.00 Approval of Work Orders In the amount of $1,040.72 for Les Olson IT to install a new firewall for our data security. Commission & Staff Reports Police Chief Report Fire Chief Report Planning Commission Report Attachments: November CAD Stats Genola November Month End Report (2) Public Forum Audience members are invited to address the Council with any concerns they may have. Each resident will have 3 minutes to express their thoughts. The Council will allow you to finish speaking before providing any response, ensuring that your time is respected. Please note that a maximum of 5 residents can sign up to participate in the public forum. State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. New Business Discussion and possible action with Spencer Foster about exploring the adoption of a municipal telecom tax. Discussion and possible action on an amendment to the Cemetery Polices and Procedures.
