Public meetings will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at The Dutch John Conference hall, commencing at 7:00 p.m.
Work meetings will be held on the 4th Wednesday of each month at The Dutch John Conference Hall commencing at 6:00 p.m. A regular Business Meeting will follow commencing at 7:00 p.m.
Should a legal holiday fall on the day of a regularly scheduled meeting, the meeting shall be canceled. Nothing herein shall be construed as limiting the Council from canceling the regular and/or work meeting from time to time as it deems prudent.
Town office hours will be: Monday - 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Tuesday - 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, Thursday - by appointment.
Should a regularly scheduled meeting be canceled, notice shall be posted at least 24 hours in advance at the Dutch John Post Office and the Utah Public Notice Website.
