NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on December 9th at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. 1. Welcome: 2. Close regular meeting/open Public Hearing: a. Increase in Utility Bill-Water, Sewer, Secondary, Dumpster, etc. b. Close Public Hearing: 3. Citizen Concerns: 4. Extended Warranty on Radar signs: 5. New Playground Equipment: 6. Town Employee Report: 7. Recreation Board Report: 8. CVSSD Board Report: 9. EEMSSD Board Report: 10. Planning & Zoning Committee: 11. Beautification Committee Report: 12. Board Member Reports/Concerns: 13. Gabbe's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements. Any other business that may regularly come before the Council. Please call ahead if you need specific accommodation so that we can assist you to fully participate at this meeting at 503-442-7459.
