Roll Call 2. Approval of the minutes a. Review and Approval of November 12, 2025, BAB Minutes Review of November 12, 2025, meeting minutes has been tabled until January. 3. Briefing by SLCPD 5 minutes Commander Jeffrey North and/or Detective Ezra Bitseedy from the Salt Lake City Police Department will provide an update to and answer questions from the Board. 4. Briefings by the Staff 5 minutes a. Report from the Director. Colin Gibbs, Business Development Director, will provide updates on Transportation and the work of the Department of Economic Development to the Board. 5. Business Items a. 2026 Utah Legislative Session Preview 20 minutes Angela Price, Legislative Affairs Director for Salt Lake City, will preview the upcoming 2026 Utah Legislative Session. b. Special Assessment Area and Business District Overview 15 minutes Liz Ward, Business Development Project Manager, will provide an overview of Special Assessment Areas and Business Districts to the Board. c. 2026 BAB Subcommittee Formation 15 minutes Board Chair Lyttle and Board Vice-Chair Mordue will engage in discussion and formalize a vote on Board Sub-committees for 2026 including a Development & Transportation Sub-committee and a Business District Sub-committee. 6. City Council Announcements - Austin Kimmel 5 minutes a. Update on the Proposed Homeless Campus b. Climate Forward SLC c. SLC Water Conservation Plan d. Budget Amendment No. 3 7. BAB Member Announcements 5 minutes a. Upcoming BAB elections and interest b. Upcoming vacancies. c. BAB members will announce any upcoming events. d.
