Police Department will provide an update to and answer questions from the Board.

Colin Gibbs, Business Development Director, will provide updates on Transportation and
the work of the Department of Economic Development to the Board.

a. 2026 Utah Legislative Session Preview 20 minutes
Angela Price, Legislative Affairs Director for Salt Lake City, will preview the upcoming
2026 Utah Legislative Session.
b. Special Assessment Area and Business District Overview 15 minutes
Liz Ward, Business Development Project Manager, will provide an overview of Special
Assessment Areas and Business Districts to the Board.
c. 2026 BAB Subcommittee Formation 15 minutes
Board Chair Lyttle and Board Vice-Chair Mordue will engage in discussion and formalize
a vote on Board Sub-committees for 2026 including a Development & Transportation
Sub-committee and a Business District Sub-committee.
