A M E N D E D NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on November 11, 2025. 6. EXPENDITURES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for October and November 2025. 7. CONFLICT OF INTEREST 8. BUSINESS a. Planning Commission Report. b. Consider approving a conditional use permit for Pioneer Lane, an eventual 14-unit multi-family development at approximately 225 W 800 South, as recommended by the Planning Commission. (A C-2 Use in an RM-11 Zone). c. Consider adopting Resolution 2025-8 along with a Memorandum of Understanding and Logo Use Agreement for the America 250 program. In return, the City will receive $1,500 to promote America 250 during our Independence Day celebration. 9. OTHER BUSINESS 10.
