Culinary water meter installation. d. Nicole Webb - Culinary Water Hookup Request. e. Proposed Veterans' Memorial. f. Andy Adamson - Quarry Hills Trail Development. g. Request to ease square footage and 2nd floor restrictions in 'Accessory Dwelling Unit' code (17.40.040) h. Historic Preservation Commission i. Short-term rental ordinance j. Inland Port project k. Headstone height restrictions 4. Councilmember Reports: Jen Christiansen Jeff Killian AJ Mower Mary Pipes Mary Wintch 5. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 6. Mayor Chuck Bigelow. 7. Consideration of approval for minutes of recent Council Meetings (November 12th and November 17th Council Meetings) 8. City Manager Kent Barton. 9. Closed Session - for discussion (if needed).
