PRESS RELEASE THE STATE RECORDS COMMITTEE MEETING FOR MARCH 9, 2012 HAS BEEN CANCELED. THE NEXT SRC MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR APRIL 12, 2012. HEARINGS 1. THIS HEARING CANCELED. Rodney Ham vs. Utah Department of Human Services. Mr. Ham is appealing the denial of records from Human Services. 2. THIS HEARING CANCELED Yolanda Willars vs. Utah State Tax Commission, Motor Vehicle Enforcement Division (MVED). Ms. Willars is appealing the denial of a report of her detention and citation by MVED. 3. THIS HEARING CANCELED Eric Peterson vs. Utah Department of Corrections (UDC). Mr. Peterson is appealing the denial of disciplinary records for a Correction Department employee. BUSINESS 1. Approval of February 15, 2012 SRC Minutes, action item 2.
