3. Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes from November 12th and 18, 2025
4. Approval of bills for November 14th 2025, November 24th, 2025, November 26th, and December 4th, 2025
5. Declaration of conflicts with or personal interest in any agenda items
6. Recognition of Mike Rosenlof and Troy Black for their donation.
7. Golf Course fee schedule
8. Update on the airport from City Manager
9. Sterling and Melissa Bradshaw Service Project' Just Serve City.'
10. Water Service area Ordinance.
11. Underdeveloped vs Devolved areas of Town.
12. Reports, Updates, Old Business Follow Up: Elected Officials and Staff

14. CLOSED SESSION: The Beaver City Council will close a portion of their meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical, mental health or criminal conduct of an individual; to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, or water when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property or prevent the City from completing the transaction on the best possible terms; to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, discussions regarding security of City devices or systems.
15. ACTION: Any action to be taken as a result of or arising from discussions had in the closed session.
