Public Notice is hereby given that that 2026 Annual Meeting Schedule of the Sister Cities Advisory Board of Salt Lake City, Utah, shall be as follows: The Sister Cities Advisory Board holds meetings on the first Wednesday of every month from January-December. These meetings are typically held at 5:00 pm. Please note that the January 2026 meeting will be held on the second Wednesday of the month (January 14th). Meetings are currently being held in a hybrid meeting format, meaning the public may attend in-person at the Salt Lake City & County Building, Room 335, or online. All Sister Cities Advisory Board meetings are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-204, 52-4-205, and 52-4-206, Utah Code Annotated. Notice of Sister Cities Advisory Board meetings is given at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting as required by State law. An agenda of each meeting is posted at: - State of Utah Public Notice Website: https://www.utah.gov/pmn/ Meetings may be held or canceled as circumstances may require, subject to applicable public notice requirements. Notice: - People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodation at least three working days before a meeting by emailing ed@slc.gov or calling 801-535-7200. Accommodation may include alternate formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids. - Meetings are held at the City and County Building, 451 S State Street, which provides accessible accommodations.
