Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City will hold two Public Hearings on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at the City Hall. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the first Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to Approve the Fee Schedule Ordinance The purpose of the second Public Hearing is to discuss and/ or act upon the intent of the legislative body to Approve the Residential Facilities for the Elderly and Persons with a Disability Ordinance. All interested residents are invited to attend.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify Lindsay Stratford at (801) 731-4187 at least three days prior to the hearing.
