Description/Agenda: I, Kristina Rasmussen, City Recorder for the City of Brigham City, Box Elder County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Brigham City Council meeting held on December 4, 2025 the following Resolutions were adopted: - Resolution 25-25 Creation of Avian Shores Public Infrastructure district as an independent district, authorizing and approving a governing document, appointing a board of trustees, and authorizing other documents in connection therewith - Resolution 25-26 Sets fees for recreation activities to include soccer programming fees
