- Notice of 2026 SWSSD Meeting schedule The board of Directors of the Southwestern Special Service District, serving the fire protection & suppression needs of Winchester Hills meets at 7:00 pm on the third Thursday of every other month at the Winchester Hills Fire Station, 5297 North Winchester Drive, St. George, Utah 84770. The schedule for 2026 will be: January 15, March 19, May 21, July 16, September 17, November 19, and December 17.
