- NOTICE of 2025 SWSSD Public Hearing December 18, 2025, at 7:00 pm at the Winchester Hills Fire Station, 5297 N Winchester Drive, St. George, Utah 84770. The Southwestern Special Service District will hold a Public Hearing to adopt the 2026 budget. A copy of the budget has been posted on the Utah Public Notice website at uah.gov as well as on the front door of the Fire Station.
