- Metropolitan Water District of Orem PO Box 223 Orem, Utah 84059 December 6, 2025 Chairman KC Shaw has called a Board of Directors Special Meeting to be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, in the Orem Public Works, Conference Room 2, at 1450 West 550 North, Orem, UT 84057. 1. Prayer 2. Review requirements and restrictions of a closed meeting. 3. Adjourn to a closed session in Conference Room 2 of the Public Works building to discuss the sale, purchase, exchange, and lease of water rights or water shares. 4. Reconvene Board of Directors Special Meeting. 5. Clarification of purchase authorization of Provo Bench Canal and Irrigation Company and North Union Irrigation Company shares. 6. Board authorization for the Chair, Vice Chair and District Manager to negotiate with Central Utah Water Conservancy District to sell, purchase or exchange water rights or water shares. 7. Board authorization for the Chair, Vice Chair and District Manager to negotiate with Lindon City to sell, lease, purchase or exchange components of water rights or water shares. 8. Set meeting schedule for 2026. 9. New business, agenda requests, comments and suggestions from the Board. 10. Adjourn Ruth Ann Ivie--Secretary
