- Millcreek Historic Preservation Commission And Planning Commission Special Meeting Agenda Public Notice is hereby given that the Historic Preservation Commission and Planning Commission of Millcreek will assemble in a special public meeting on Tuesday, 9 December 2025, at City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Ave, Millcreek, Utah 84106, commencing at 12:00 p.m. 12:00 p.m. - Special Meeting 1. Training with Kirk Huffaker of Preservation Strategies 2. Staff Updates 3.
