- HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF QUORUM Monday, December 8, 2025 New Parks Building 5378 W 10400 S Highland, UT 84003 5:00 - 7:00 pm Notice is Hereby Given that the Highland City Council may attend the Grand Opening for the new Parks Building. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Stephannie Cottle, certify that the foregoing notice was posted at the principal office of the public body, the Utah State Public Notice website (http://pmn.utah.gov) and on Highland City's website (www.highlandut.gov).
