- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Eureka City Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider the adoption of a Short Term Rentals in Residential Zone Ordinance. The hearing will take place as follows: Date: Wednesday, December 17, 2025 Time: 6:30 PM Location: Eureka City Hall Address: 15 North Church Street, Eureka, UT 84628 The purpose of this hearing is to gather public input regarding the proposed ordinance and the potential impact to land uses within Eureka City. The draft ordinance will be available for review at the Eureka City Hall prior to the hearing. All interested people are invited to attend and provide comments.
