NOTICE is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Cemetery District Board of Trustees will hold a SPECIAL MEETING in the auditorium of the Richins Building, 1885 Ute Blvd, Park City, UT 84098, on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 5:00 PM.

1. Call to order and Roll Call.
2. Review and possible approval of the draft minutes of the October 19, 2025, meeting. (Exhibit 1)
3. Discussion to review progress in establishing a cemetery at the District's New Preferred Site.

4. Privacy training compliance.
5. Discussion of district insurance policy and possible action as to whether workman's comp should be included. Premiums: general coverage: $3500, workmen's comp: $585 per year. Renewal date: 7-1-2026. Policy is in effect, but the premiums have not been paid.
