The Board welcomes constructive input from citizens interested in any or all matters related to the agency and the clients we serve. Regular NCC Board meetings are open to the public. Citizens wishing to be placed on the agenda to communicate with the Board at a public board meeting must make a request in writing to the Executive Director two (2) weeks in advance. The request must include the person's name, current address and phone number, and must include a brief statement as to the nature of the item or items they wish to address. The Executive Director and Board Chairperson will consider and set the items for inclusion on the agenda. Confidential client or personnel matters cannot be discussed in open board meetings.
