IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: City Council Meeting Thursday, December 18, 2025 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing to receive input and consider approval and adoption of the proposed First Amendment to the May 2023 Parks and Trails Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Parks and Trails Impact Fee Analysis and Ordinance Contact: Parks and Recreation Director Marc Christensen 435-628-0606 ext. 721 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place, may submit their views electronically via email to City Recorder Kari D. Jimenez at kjimenez@ivinsutah.gov or in writing to the Ivins City Council prior to the meeting. A copy of the Plan, Analysis and Ordinance are available by request at Ivins City Hall or on Ivins website www.ivinsutah.gov In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify City Recorder Kari D.
