Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Box Elder County Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday December 17, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the Box Elder County Fairgrounds Fine Arts Bldg (Fairgrounds, 320 North 1000 West, Tremonton, Utah) to receive input on the following proposal: PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. ORDINANCE 640, Proposal to amend the Box Elder County General Plan to add the Harper Ward Community Plan as Appendix F. Any interested parties should plan to attend. Copies of this proposal may be reviewed prior to the public hearing in the Box Elder County Community Development office, Room 34 in the Box Elder County Historic Courthouse.
