- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE AMENDMENT TO THE EASTERN SUMMIT COUNTY GENERAL PLAN CREATING CHAPTER 9: SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, WATER USE, AND AGRICULTURE Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on an ordinance amending the Eastern Summit County General Plan to add Chapter 9: Sustainable Development, Water Use and Agriculture.
