NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT THE DISTRICT'S FINAL OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGETS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026
The Board of Trustees of Firefly Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-10 will hold a public hearing at 9:00 am on Friday, December 12, 2025, at Blackwood Advisors, LLC, 2265 Murray Holiday Road, Suite 107, Holladay, Utah 84117.
The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting the District's tentative operating and capital budgets for calendar year 2026 as the final operating and capital budgets for calendar year 2026.
Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing, where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budgets of any fund.
The District complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing reasonable accommodations for those in need of assistance. Persons requesting accommodations for public meetings should call Kristin Matthews at 619-251-1025 at least one (1) full business day before the meeting.
