NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT THE DISTRICT'S AMENDED FINAL OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2025
The Board of Trustees of Firefly Public Infrastructure District No. 1 will hold a public hearing on December 12, 2025, at 9:00 am at the office of Blackwood Advisors, LLC, 2265 Murray Holiday Road, Suite 107, Holladay, Utah 84117.
The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting the District's amended tentative operating and capital budget for calendar year 2025 as the amended final operating and capital budget for calendar year 2025.
Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budget of any fund.
The District complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing reasonable accommodations for those in need of assistance. Persons requesting accommodations for public meetings should call Kristin Matthews at 619-251-1025 at least one (1) full business day before the meeting.
