- NOTICE OF KAYSVILLE CITY ORDINANCE ADOPTION On November 20, 2025, the Kaysville City Council approved Ordinance No. 25-11-02, updating sections of Titles 6, 8, 9, and 18 of the City Code. Amendments to Title 6 refine parking regulations to reduce roadway obstructions in higher-traffic zones. Changes to Title 8 update requirements for the design and function of arterial, collector, and significant local streets to ensure adequate sight distance and improve traffic safety. Revisions to Title 9 strengthen regulations for excavations within City rights-of-way and enhance protections for the City's culinary water system. Finally, amendments to Title 18 clarify requirements for pressure irrigation connections. The complete ordinance is available for review at the Kaysville City Recorder's Office and online at www.kaysville.gov. Published this 4th day of December 2025.
