Description/Agenda

The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinances on 17 June 2025: Ordinance 2025-11 amending Section 16.27.020 of the Midway City Land Use Code to update the definition of residential treatment. Ordinance 2025-16 amending the time and place for the regular meetings of the Midway City Council. The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinances on 15 July 2025: Ordinance 2025-15 amending sections of the Midway City Code to remove term limit provisions for certain committees. Ordinance 2025-18 amending Section 16.13.390(L) of the Midway City Land Use Code to allow underground parking structures. Ordinance 2025-19 amending Section 16.13.390(B)(2) of the Midway City Code regarding parking agreements. Ordinance 2025-20 amending sections of the Midway City Land Use Code regarding the number of animals allowed in each residential zone. The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinance on 16 September 2025: Ordinance 2025-25 removing certain future roads and trails from the Midway City General Plan. The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinance on 7 October 2025: Ordinance 2025-13 amending Sections 16.15.040, 16.15.050, 16.16.060, 16.17.030, 16.18.030, and 16.30.030 of the Midway City Land Use Code to require a will-serve letter from Heber Valley Special Service District.
