PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING
DAVIS COUNTY AUDIT COMMITTEE
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Davis County Commissioners, Farmington, Utah, will
hold an Internal Audit Committee Meeting at the Davis County Administration Building, 61 South Main Street, Suite 306, Farmington, Utah, commencing at 3 pm on November 3, 2025. Some participants may join this meeting virtually.
Purpose. The Committee is hereby created to promote and foster improvement in county government through financial, performance, and compliance audits throughout Davis County Government. Furthermore the committee is created to assist management with the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive framework for internal control.
AGENDA:
1. Approve Meeting Minutes: September 2, 2025
2. Review Commissioners' response to September 2 Audit Committee Meeting
3. Discussion of potential future audits-TBD
4. Fraud & Ethics Hotline/Discussion on renewing the fraud hotline contract with lighthouse services
5. Department Risk Assesments
CLOSED SESSION
Motion to adjourn to closed session, if necessary, for reasons permitted under UCA 52-4-205.
RECONVENE
Action taken, if any, regarding matters discussed in closed session.
