A general session is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. ROLL CALL TO DETERMINE QUORUM ADOPTION OF AGENDA DISCUSSION AND ADOPTION OF 2026 BUDGET POTENTIAL CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS PENDING OR REASONABLY IMMINENT LITIGATION, PERSONNEL MATTERS OR OTHER MATTERS, AS PERMITTED BY THE UTAH OPEN AND PUBLIC MEETING ACT.
