PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Duchesne County Special Service District #3 will meet for a Public Hearing and Budget Meeting on Monday, December 22, 2025. Meeting will be held at the Duchesne County Administrative Offices, 734 N. Center Street, Duchesne, Utah at 5:00 p.m.
