- Public Notice: Ordinance Adoption Heber City Council 2026 Annual Meeting Schedule During the Regularly Scheduled City Council Meeting held on December 2, 2025, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance Number 2025-31 approving the Annual City Council Meeting Schedule for the year 2026 as follows: January 6 & 20 July 7 & 21 February 3 & 17 August 4 & 18 March 3 & 17 September 1 & 15 April 7 & 21 October 6 & 20 May 5 & 19 November 3 & 17 June 2 & 16 December 1 & 15 Regular City Council Meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month and begin at 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise noticed. Regular Meetings are generally preceded by a Work Meeting beginning at 4:00 p.m. unless otherwise noticed. Voting Yes: Council Members Barney, Cheatwood, Phillips, Johnston, and Ostergaard. Voting No: None. The motion passed 5 - 0. A complete copy of Ordinance 2025-31 can be viewed in the office of the Heber City Recorder during normal business hours or online at www.heberut.gov.
