- Notice of a Regular Meeting Date, Time, and Location for Meetings of the Historic Preservation Board of Park City, Utah, for 2026 The regular meetings of the Historic Preservation Board shall be held on the first Wednesday of each month at the Marsac Municipal Building, 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah, at 5:00 p.m., except when there is no quorum, no pending business or the regular meeting date falls on a holiday. 1. Notice of Possible Electronic or telephone participation: One or more members of the Historic Preservation Board may participate electronically or telephonically pursuant to UCA ยง 52-4-207. Electronic meetings without an anchor location will be individually noticed in accordance with state law and local rule. 2. A written agenda will be posted on the State Public Meeting Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov no later than 24 hours before each meeting, except emergencies. Meetings in addition to those specified herein will be held as circumstances require. Appropriate notice will be given for such meetings. The 2026 meeting schedule for the above agencies is as follows: January 7, February 4, March 4, April 1, May 6, June 3, July 1, August 5, September 2, October 7, November 4, December 2. Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during the meeting should notify planning@parkcity.gov or 435-615-5060 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
