a) Working on FY 2026 Quarter 2 UCC SERA and Financial reports, along with Utah State Auditor reports.
3. Financial Business: CD Board
a) Deposits made
b) A motion is needed to pay all outstanding bills/invoices before the board:
a. FY 2026 Quarter 2 Clerk Contract invoice
b. Approve debit card charges for poster contest: $175.00 in gift cards for 1-3rd place. Bags of candy to take to the classrooms for the other participants.
c. NPS projects from watershed account
4. Board Business: Board Members
a) Upcoming projects
b) Discuss changing the day and time of the CD meeting.
c) SERA: motion to use SERA funds for any Supervisor attending the meetings mentioned during the meeting.
