Adopted December 2, 2025 The Town Council of Boulder, Utah, adopted Ordinance No. 2025-8 on December 3, 2025. This ordinance amends the Boulder Town zoning code by entirely repealing and replacing Chapter 112: Residential Short-Term Rentals. A digital copy of the ordinance is available in the 'Documents' section on the Boulder Town website, specifically under 'Ordinances.' Until the codification process is finalized, the digital copy will be linked at the bottom of the page. A physical copy of the ordinance and the Certificate of Ordinance Passage are at the Boulder Town Office.
