Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Oak City Mayor and Town Council shall hold a Public Hearing in conjunction with the regular Town of Oak City Board Meeting on Thursday, December 18th, at 7:30 pm. The location of the Public Hearing is the Oak City Town Hall, 30 W. Center Street, Oak City, Utah. The purpose of this meeting is to receive input from the public with respect to the adoption of Ordinance 2025-06, Adoption of the International Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) Code. This ordinance provides regulation and governance of the mitigation of hazard to life and property from the intrusion of wildland exposure, fire from adjacent structures, and prevention of structure fires from spreading to wildland fuels in town.
