- Magna Water District, Utah NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS Sewer Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Magna Water District, a governmental entity and political subdivision of the State of Utah, located in Salt Lake County, intends to contract to prepare or amend sewer impact fee facilities plans and sewer impact fee analysis. The geographic area that will be included in the IFFPs and IFAs are all areas within Magna Water Districts service area, and any areas served by Magna Water District. All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the District to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents. Dated this 3 day of December 2025.
