Description/Agenda: The following ordinances were adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council, Logan, Utah on December 2, 2025. ORD. 25-21 - CODE AMENDMENT - Ordinance amending Section 8.04.019 of the Logan Municipal Code regarding the Wildland Urban Interface Code. ORD. 25-22 - CODE AMENDMENT - Ordinance amending Chapter 5.10 of the Logan Municipal Code 'Alcoholic Beverages'. These ordinance shall take effect immediately upon publication.
