CITY OF WEST JORDAN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan City Council on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 7:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following:
- Ordinance No. 25-48 Adopting the West Jordan City Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP), Impact Fee Analysis (IFA), and Impact Fees for Transportation
- Ordinance No. 25-62 a Petition from Wagstaff Investments, LLC / Brent Neel to Amend the Future Land Use Map Amendment for 3.73 acres to Neighborhood Commercial and Rezone to SC-1 Zone for a development located at 9047 S Copper Dust Lane
