Discuss an ordinance related to land use; amends, updates, and renames the existing Fashion Place West Small Area Plan to the Fashion Place West Station Area Plan as an element of the General Plan. Discuss a resolution authorizing the execution of a second Supplemental Indenture of Trust in connection with the City's Electric Revenue Bonds, Series 2025. Brenda Moore presenting. (10 minutes) 3. Discuss an ordinance enacting Section 17.76.165 of the Murray City Municipal Code relating to residential ponds. Zachary Smallwood presenting. (15 minutes) Adjournment
- Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

- Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.

- The Council meets the first and third Tuesday of each month. An annual meeting schedule is adopted and published in a newspaper of general circulation at the beginning of the year. Meeting agendas are also published on the City's website, as are approved
